Step 1

If you have an enquiry regarding a tour, an excursion or a private event and would like to book one of them, please sent us an email specifying which tour or excursion, when, dates and any additional information which could be useful to design the experience for you.
We might need to explore more your needs or expectations either by emails or calls before sending you a customised proposal.

Step 2

If you decided to book with us, you have to confirm it by sending a 30% deposit to secure your reservation.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit cards (AMEX, VISA and Mastercard are welcome).

Step 3

Once your initial deposit of 30% or full payment has been received and services secured, you will receive a pro-forma invoice by email.
The balance has to be paid 60 days prior to departure.

In good time before departure, you will receive by email copies of your Travel News and voucher with all detailed information.
A welcome pack will be handed to you at your arrival by your driver, guide or assistant. This will also contain all the information you will require for your holiday, including copy of the Travel News and the accommodation vouchers.
