How to book

Step 1

If you have an enquiry regarding an excursion or a tour of Sicily or a stay at one of our properties or would like to book one of them, please provide the details below and submit the form.
Once we receive you detailed enquiry, we will send you a proposal or a confirmation for the required services within 48 hrs.

Step 2

If you decided to book with us, you have to confirm it by sending a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. You will find all the details on: How to pay

Step 3

Once your initial deposit of 20% or full payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your receipt number and final tour details. You can view our terms and conditions at: Terms & Conditions

Once your balance has been paid, and in good time before departure, you will receive your “L’Isolabella welcome pack” via email. This will contain all the information you will require for your holiday, including accommodation vouchers, maps, directions, and any other information relevant to your holiday.
